Most
public schools use the SA-SAMS program for Administration Management purposes.
SA-SAMS can unfortunately not be tailor made to fit and change according to
each school’s unique operation, management, situations and rules. This is where
dbeatle will
add value to your school.
Dbeatle retreives the needed information from SA-SAMS. We therefor do not want you to duplicate your work. Learner information, parent information etc will be retrieved so that dbeatle solutions can work. The dbeatle SERVER can be installed on the same computer or server that runs SA-SAMS or it can be networked. All other software can be installed on other devices or computers.

dbeatle SERVER is the main software program that will assist in most of the solutions
we offer.
Code
of conduct management system
You
can choose between 4 different styles of managing your school’s Code of Conduct
system. We are able to change/develop our system if necessary.

“Debit/Credit
Sum Total system”. Automatically do calculations to determine on what level
learners are. Assign learners to those levels for example detention classes.

“Separate
Debit and Credit system”. Conduct regarding debits are kept separate from those
in the Credit system. Will separately determine on which level the learners are
for debit and for credit.

“Conduct
determines action system” Each type of conduct deserves a different approach.
Our solutions will automatically determine what the learners deserve.

“Count
the conduct”. Each type of conduct done a number of times determine an action.
How it works: The dbeatle administrator extract SA-SAMS school rules and determine which will be used on the dbeatle APP. We assist in the setup of your school’s Code of Conduct system. Educators use any device to assign conduct against learners. The dbeatle administrator downloads this information. The dbeatle SERVER shares this conduct to SA-SAMS. The dbeatle administrator use the dbeatle server that automatically determine levels or actions against learners. Conduct reports and sms messages can be send in the language of instruction of each learner.
Learner
Attendance
Educators
and staff members can complete school attendance on the dbeatle APP. Learners
can be assigned to a group and the group can be signed out. Beneath each
learner’s name it will display “Absent from school” or “Signed out”. The
dbeatle administrator will download the information to dbeatle server. The
absence from school will be shared to SA-SAMS. The dbeatle administrator will
also be able to send notifications to parents of their children who are absent.
If Educators registered their own Time Tables on the dbeatle APP, our dbeatle SERVER will print their class attendance registers for them! Our system automatically emails a summary report and a list of learners names daily to a designated person in your school. This report is in Microsoft Excel format.
